Norpro Mini Food Processor Salsa Maker
Amazon.com
This mini food processor has the double title of “salsa maker” for good reason: the tradeoff for its tasty purchase price is a bit of extra time chopping and dicing–best for small batches of sauce or salsas. Foods should be chopped no larger than 1 inch before you put them in the little processor, just over 2-1/2 inches high–and be careful not to overload. That said, the blades mounted on the cylinder are razor-sharp, and the blending attachment does a decent job of whipping and mixing. –Tony Mason
